Hello, so I was playing on the server like usual and thetimmytaco uses his mic and I quote says "jesus christ isn't real". So I verbally warn him to stop
saying that 3 times. After he kept repeating I killed him. Then he warns me 2 times and gets me kicked for "RDM" and not adverting my warnings. However, in the motd it says:

I felt threatened by his words because my family is a Christian. I don't care if he isn't one but I told him to stop saying that but he ignored. Later, he
admits that he forgot the rules and warns me AGAIN for RDM and "Not Advertising Warnings" (When he said himself he forgot the rules), which got me kicked. Please get the admin demoted because he is abusing his powers.
